So that your flying experience is as smooth and stress free as possible, we recommend you arrive for check-in 120 minutes before your flight departure time.

If you are travelling on a domestic service prior to connecting with an international service, we recommend that you check-in 60 minutes before your domestic flight to complete immigration requirements.

You may not check-in for an international flight earlier than 2 1/2 hours prior to departure on the day of travel. International check-in counter opening times do vary between airports although all international check-in will commence at least 2 hours prior to departure.

 120 minutes – Check-in at least 120 minutes prior to departure time
 120 minutes - If you have a Special Service Request (SSR) booking or are travelling in a large group
 30 minutes – Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure time
 30 minutes – Boarding commences 30 minutes prior to departure time
