Change and Cancel Fees

For both domestic and international flights applicable fees and discounts are determined by the currency of your original booking. Fees are charged per person, per sector.

Credit Card and Debit Card Surcharge

In line with industry practice, Virgin Blue has introduced a surcharge for fares paid by credit cards or debit cards.

Payments by credit or debit card attract a surcharge per passenger, per flight segment which will be added to the total price of your fare when you select your credit card or debit card type on the payment screen.

New Zealand Domestic Flights do not incur a credit card fee.

Credit card surcharges are non-refundable in all cases, even if the airfare itself is refundable.
