General Information

You must check-in your pet at least 90 minutes before your flight's departure, unless you are travelling on the first flight of the day (leaving before 7 am). For this flight, check-in for your pet is only 60 minutes prior to departure.

You must be the Guest named on the booking, and you must present a copy of the itinerary confirming that the pet has been booked via our Guest Contact Centre at lodgement. If you are not the Guest named on the booking, we will be unable to check-in your pet. If you do not bring a copy of the itinerary, you will be charged at higher freight rates.

Albury	02 6023 3754	Address: Freight Shed Roller Door at the Western end of the terminal Directions: As you approach the Terminal Building on Airport Drive, there is a small car park on the left just before you reach the Terminal Building. The Roller Door is adjacent to this car park at the end of the building and if Staff are not available please see a Team Member at the Check-In Service Desk.

Hobart	03 6248 5601	Address: Loop Road, Hobart Airport Directions: Located 500 metres North of the Virgin Blue Terminal. Virgin Blue freight is the last building at the Northern end of Hobart Airport next to Tasmanian Quality Foods, opposite the Taxi overflow carpark.

Townsville	0421 045 923	Address: Virgin Blue Terminal, Townsville Airport Directions: Virgin Blue Freight Area, which is located outside the Virgin Blue Terminal Entrance Door approximately 20 mtrs from the door entrance. Pets are not to be brought into the terminal.
