Experience the Convenience of Kiosk Check-in!

Kiosk Check-in is available for all Guests on paid flights or Velocity redemption flights for Virgin Blue and Pacific Blue domestic flights.

How to use Kiosk Check-in*:

  1. Start the check in process by choosing one of three options:
    1. Scan the barcode on your itinerary.
    2. Swipe your credit card or Velocity member card.
    3. Enter your booking reference number.
  2. If there is more than one person in your booking, you can also select the Guests checking-in with you.
  3. Kiosk Check-in will allocate a seat to all Guests checking in at the time. However, if you would like a different seat allocation, you can choose your own seat from an interactive seat map.
  4. Select the number of bags being checked in for each Guest.
  5. You’ll now be checked-in and your boarding pass will automatically print. Now you can also print a tax invoice/itinerary if you'd like.
  6. Proceed to the Bag Drop counter and drop off your bags. If you are travelling without baggage, proceed directly to the boarding gate.
  7. You must check-in a minimum of 30 minutes before your flight.

* Guests who have booked with Special Service Requests are unable to use Kiosk Check-in and will need to check-in through the counters.

Look out for Kiosk Check-in at Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Coolangatta, Hobart, Launceston, Melbourne, Perth, Rockhampton and Sydney domestic terminals within Australia, and Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington within New Zealand and save time next time you check-in.
